General

Can all the products available in Sproutwell Décor stores be purchased online?
Our online store has a large selection of the products offered by Sproutwell Décor. Our physical stores will stock other items not found on the website at times.
As you will be seeing the stock that is available in both of our stores, it may be the rare occasion that your item has been sold in-store and our inventory system has not yet been updated. If this does occur, we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know when the item will be available, offer an alternative or refund your money.
Yes, we offer in-store pick-ups at both our Geelong and Pakenham locations. When checking out you can select either ‘Pickup from Geelong Warehouse’ or ‘Pickup from Pakenham Store’ and we will notify you via a phone call when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready for collection before coming in to collect your item.

Gift Cards & Wrapping

Yes, we can include a personalized note with your order upon request. You can include a personalized message with your order at time of checkout in the ‘Order notes’ box.
Yes, gift cards can be purchased online and instore.

Payments

What methods of payment are accepted by Sproutwell Décor?
We accept PayPal, Afterpay, ZIP PAY or call us on 1300 657 174 to place your order and pay via card over the phone.
Yes, only if you purchase a Gift Card through the website. In-store Gift Vouchers will not work on our website.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay enables you to receive your order now and pay over 4 x Interest free fortnightly installments.

When checking out at our website, simply select Afterpay as a payment method and it will forward you on to their website.

The signup process is quick & easy, All you need is a bank card and you are good to go! For more information regarding Afterpay head to their website www.afterpay.com.au

Exchange & Returns

After the order is placed can I cancel or change my purchase once it is confirmed?

An order can only be changed or cancelled if the items have not been sent, however please refer to our Terms of Service for our full Exchange & Return Process. Have further questions? Please call 1300 657 174 to discuss your order with one of our team.

Shipping

Can I purchase something if I don’t live in Australia?
Yes, you can. If you’re located outside of Australia, please send us an email at sales@sproutwelldecor.com.au with where you’re located and what you’d like to order and we will get back to you as soon as possible with shipping costs and any other details required.
Yes. A tracking number will be provided with your email notification from the courier confirming your order is on its way. Once your order has been shipped, you can check the status of your order at any time by simply entering your tracking number in the selected courier’s website.

We can’t guarantee a specific time frame, but orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days of being received and then are delivered around 5-7 days after being shipped from our warehouse. We will contact you if any delays become apparent. International orders will of course take slightly longer and we will advise you of the ETA upon shipping.

*Please note that we may have to collect one or more of your items from our various stores/storage facilities. If this occurs, we will inform you of any delay in the shipping of your order.

Geelong – If you have placed a website order for Geelong Pickup we will contact you once your order is ready for collection at 35 Leather St, Breakwater.


Pakenham – For all orders placed for Pakenham collection, stock is transferred from our Geelong warehouse once per week. Please allow up to one week (subject to public holidays) for your order to be ready for collection. We will notify you as soon as your items are ready for collection.

Out Of Stock Items

How often do you restock out of stock items?
Stock times vary. We stock products seasonally and some may be discontinued, if you’d like more detail regarding an out-of-stock item, please contact us via email  sales@sproutwelldecor.com.au or phone 1300 657 174.
